Cancellation terms / accommodation contract

(1) Up to three months before the agreed arrival date, the accommodation contract may be cancelled by either party without a cancellation fee.

(2) Up to one month before the arrival date, the contract may be cancelled against payment of a cancellation fee amounting to the room price for three days.

(3) The host is entitled to withdraw from the contract if the guest fails to arrive by 6:00 p.m. on the agreed arrival day, unless a later arrival time has been agreed.

(4) If the guest has made a deposit, the room remains reserved until 9:00 p.m. of the following day.

(5) Even if the accommodation is not used, the guest is obliged to pay the agreed fee. The host must endeavour to rent it otherwise and deduct any savings (typically approx. 20% of the room price) (§ 1107 ABGB).
